Founded in 1908, our firm is proud that we have open-end contracts that have been in effect since 1935. We feel our clients’ trust reflects our ability to meet their changing needs.

History

Two brothers – Alfred and Oscar – started the firm after establishing their reputation with buildings that still grace Louisville’s cityscape.

In 1964 civil/structural engineer Cass Moter became a partner in the firm. His son, Merrill, now principal architect, joined the staff in 1973 and became a partner in 1982.
