This project brings our firm back to the early days, in an area where we designed some of the most iconic buildings of the neighborhood in the 1920s.  These included the Commodore, Willow Terrace and the Dartmouth.  This condominium building located in the heart of Louisville’s Bonnycastle neighborhood was designed with luxury in mind.  The brand-new limestone building features 8 condominiums that overlook Louisville’s Cherokee Park.  Each condominium features multiple outdoor terraces.  An underground garage provides two parking spaces for each unit.  The living spaces feature Chef’s kitchen, Subzero/Wolf appliances, including wine cooler, panty, steam showers and large storage unit.  The primary bathrooms feature heated tile floors.  Special attention was paid to the sound proofing between units.
