The New Albany City Hall Project was the renovation of a historic structure to house several of the departments of New Albany. The building is over one hundred years old and has had many previous uses. The last being the Reisz Furniture Store. The building had set idle for several years and was in disrepair. The project entailed a complete renovation of the floor layout and building facades. The structural, mechanical and electrical systems were completely replaced. Additions included a new plaza and elevator-stair tower on the south side of the building. Joseph & Joseph are honored to be members of the design and construction team for the New Albany City Hall.
